    Completes acquisition of Transit Fare Management and Fleet Management Solutions businesses from Conduent

    TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Modaxo Inc. (“Modaxo”), a global technology organization focused on moving the world’s people, today announced the launch of Novvan and Routeward, two new Modaxo business units that comprise the Transit Fare Management and Fleet Management Solutions businesses acquired from Conduent Incorporated.

    Novvan and Routeward Launched October 1, 2026

    This is Modaxo’s largest acquisition to date, with over 2,000 colleagues, based in 15 countries, joining the team.

    Novvan is a leading global provider of fare collection solutions that help transit agencies boost revenue, reduce fare evasion, and cut operational costs, while offering user-friendly, equitable access to communities. 

    Routeward is a market leader in technology that enhances transit reliability and encourages public transit use for faster, safer travel.
